How do I apply for Medicare?

The easiest way to apply for Original Medicare is via the Social Security website. There is a quick Medicare application that should take you no longer than 10 minutes. Just visit here.

How do I apply for a Medicare Advantage or Supplement Plan?

Medicare Advantage and Supplement Plans are offered through private insurance companies. Our friendly agents can help you to find a program that meets your needs and budget. Remember, there is no cost to use our service. Simply call (480) 331-9455 to speak with a licensed agent.

Can I apply for Medicare in person?

Yes you can, but you’ll need to go to a local Social Security office to apply in person. If you’d like to apply for an Advantage or Supplement Plan in person, simply contact our office and request an appointment. Please note, you’ll need to apply for Original Medicare before you can enroll in an Advantage or Supplement Plan.

When do i get my Medicare card?

You’ll typically receive your Medicare card approximately 3 weeks after you apply.
